Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative solution. You may return or exchange a product within 4 days from the date of delivery if it meets the following criteria:

  • If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item.

However, to complete replacement of your product, the product should be:

  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Certain products, such as software, downloadable items, and personalized/customized items, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery to report the issue.
  • We will arrange for a return or exchange of the defective/damaged product at no additional cost to you.

4. Return and Exchange Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please fill contact us form given below.
  • Do not forget to mention your Order ID, if you want to replace your product.

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return/exchange is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is authorized due to a mistake on our part.
